I forgot to tell you about the wine tastings last week. It was also on Thursday as was the Cookies Workshop, only before. So after the usual Wednesday night, ladies night, to the club. A bit hangoverish day on Thurday and to the wine tastings. Though, I wasn't the only one this time... Last week we were tasting diffrent sparkling wines. The Champagne was of course wery good, but also Spanish Cava was pretty good. Also we tried this very working class "sparkling wine" from China, which was horrific.

But after the tastings, we noticed that there were practically one whole opened bottle of Cava left and also a little of the Champagne. So surprisingly Funi, Maiko and I, the only exchange students, managed to get the bottles with us, with the techer's approval of course ;) If I haven't mentioned, our teacher is very nice and quite knowleadgeable about wines, I really like him. But what would three students do with a full, opened bottle of  good sparkling wine in the middle of a day? It's quite obvious actually. We went to the staff restaurant to have a dim sum. There is this nice restaurant at our school which is open for students after 14.00. They serve dim sum with very affordable price. They were very nice towards us bringin our own drinks there. They even gave us Champagne classes so we really had a very nice meal there =)
