Wednesday night was Chinese theme night:
In addition on Friday we had the High Table Dinner, which was a free, formal and nice dinner arranged by our Chengde hall at the Student Halls. One hall consists of two floors of students living here, so it is some 300 people. Food was pretty good and they even served wine, so it wasn't bad at all. Also there was a very well known politician giving us a speech about Hong Kong and its development, with whom I shook hands with and talked a little about Finland. Still don't really know who he was...

Yesterday we went to the same karaoke place we were on Funi's birthday over a month ago. This time I was prepared and had a bottle of Finlandia with me. Since two soft drinks are included in the price, the drinks were very inexpensive ;) But the karaoke was enough for us all, so we were home already around midnight.
